What we build
Three directions, and the same company behind each of them: apartment buildings and whole districts, the commercial and service premises that sit inside them, and the development cycle that joins the two. The split is not a service menu. It is how the work is actually divided inside the group: one team answers for what people live in, one for what they walk into on the ground floor, and one for everything between a plot of land and a district that runs itself.
Residential Development
SAVO builds comfort- and premium-class apartment buildings, and whole residential districts, in Spain, Lithuania and Ukraine.
Commercial Premises
Shops, a dental clinic, a sports club, a restaurant, a café, security and a service company — the non-residential half of a district, built and then run by the group.
Full-Cycle Development
Land plot, concept, design, construction, sales, commissioning — and then the running and extension of the territory, all inside one company.
