One address for three markets, and a company that can be looked up before anyone writes to it. Say which country the question is about — Spain, Lithuania or Ukraine — and it reaches the person who works that market instead of a general inbox.
Who reads your message, and in what language
Name the country first
Spain, Lithuania and Ukraine are at different stages, and the answer depends on which you mean. The Spanish complex in Villajoyosa is at design stage; the Vilnius buildings are standing and lived in; the district in the Kyiv region is finished and occupied.
A person from that market, not a sales desk
The enquiry arrives at [email protected], the group's single address, and goes from there to the person who works the market you named. The three markets are run by different people, and there is no call centre in between: the country in your first line is what decides who reads it.
English everywhere, and the language of the project
English works for all three markets. Lithuanian is spoken on the Vilnius project, Spanish on the Costa Blanca one and Ukrainian in the Kyiv region. Write in whichever of them you prefer and say which country the question is about.
What you will not be sent, and how soon
No price list by return of post, and no completion date for a building that is still a drawing. Nor a promised number of hours: across three countries and three time zones that is not a promise worth making. What is fixed is who answers — the person responsible for that market, as soon as it has been read.
Your enquiry
Two or three sentences are enough: the country, whether it is about an apartment, commercial premises or a partnership, and how to reach you.
The company behind the projects
One legal entity, verifiable
UAB Savo investicija, company code 304499183, VAT LT100011304015, registered at Gerosios Vilties g. 27-131, Vilnius, Lithuania. Both numbers can be checked in the Lithuanian Register of Legal Entities without asking us for anything.
Where the figures come from
320 000 m² built, 52 000 m² in the active construction stage and 3 920 apartments sold are the group's own records. They cover whole districts, including the commercial and service premises inside them, not housing alone.
What a visualisation is and is not
Project visualisations show design intent. Materials, planting, furniture and views can differ in the finished building, and for the Spanish project nothing beyond the design has been fixed yet.
The company you would be signing with
European contracts are signed by one legal entity, registered on the same Vilnius street where the Lucky Homes buildings stand. Both numbers below can be looked up in the Lithuanian Register of Legal Entities without asking us for anything.

Before you write
- 01
How soon will I hear back?
As soon as the person responsible for that market has read it. We do not promise a number of hours we cannot keep across three countries and three time zones.
- 02
Can I visit a project?
In Vilnius and in the Kyiv region there are finished buildings to walk around, and that is the honest way to judge a developer. In Villajoyosa there is a site and a design, nothing yet to walk through.
- 03
Do you work with brokers and partners?
Yes, for all three markets. Write what you do, in which country and for which type of buyer, and the answer will come from the market rather than from a general inbox.
