About SAVO

SAVO is an investment and development group. It buys the land, draws the project on it, builds, sells, and then runs what it has built — in Spain, Lithuania and Ukraine. On the market since 2006.

It builds districts rather than single buildings. That is why the shops, the clinic and the sports club under the flats belong to the same owner as the walls, and why this page is a tour of what stands rather than a page of claims.

What the group has actually put up

Three of these figures are the group's own records and three are the shape of the company. Each one is here with the sentence that makes it checkable rather than impressive.

Three countries, three different answers to the same question

What a SAVO district looks like is decided by where it stands. What does not change is the sequence behind it: the group buys the plot, draws it, builds it, sells it, and then stays with it.

Vilnius, LithuaniaBuilt and occupied

Lucky Homes, Gerosios Vilties street

Dark clinker brick, glazed stair towers, hydrangeas along the walk and the towers of the capital's business district on the skyline behind. The registered office of the group's European company is on this same street, so the address on the contract is where the company also builds.

Kyiv region, UkraineFinished and lived in

Evromisto

A district rather than a building: closed courtyards with a fountain and playgrounds, parking kept outside the ring of blocks, a commercial ground floor carrying a pharmacy, a notary and a dental clinic — and the next stage still going up alongside it.

The Kyiv region project

Villajoyosa, Costa BlancaDesign stage

The Spanish project

A building by the sea, a pool terrace, roof terraces over the bay and a padel court on the master plan. It is the newest of the three markets and the only one where nothing has been dug yet.

Every frame of this market is a project visualisation. Construction has not started, nothing beyond the design is settled, and the finished building can differ from these images.

What the group runs under its own flats

A district counts as finished when the ground floor is open, not when the last flat is plastered. None of these is a tenant the group hopes to attract: they belong to the same owner as the walls, which is why they open with the district instead of standing empty for years.

    EuroGym

The sports club of the district — under the flats rather than a drive away.

  • The raised barrier at a vehicle entrance to a SAVO district: the grounds are closed and controlled

    Savoya Security

The grounds are closed and manned, and the barrier at the entrance is the group's own rather than a contractor's.

  • Grounds service

Lighting, courtyards, snow and the pump in the fountain. It is the one with no shopfront to photograph — and the one that is usually somebody else's problem by the time a buyer notices it.

    Every market

Who signs

A company page usually offers faces. This one offers what a buyer can check before parting with any money: the entity that signs the contract, the numbers it is registered under, and buildings that can be walked around.

The part that does not photograph

In Vilnius and in the Kyiv region there are finished, occupied buildings to walk around, and that is the honest way to judge a developer. Write and say which market you want to see. In Villajoyosa there is a site and a design, and nothing yet to walk through.

Tell us which market your question is about

Two or three sentences are enough: the country, whether it concerns an apartment, commercial premises or a partnership, and how to reach you. The answer comes from the person who handles that market rather than from a sales desk.
