Lucky Homes by SAVO
The finished Lucky Homes row on Gerosios Vilties street in Vilnius.

SAVO is an investment and development group that carries a project through the whole cycle: the land, the concept, the design, the construction, the sale and the running of the district afterwards. The shops, the clinic and the sports club under the flats are part of the plan, not something a later tenant brings.
Three countries, three developments. Two of them are standing and lived in; the third exists so far only as a design, and is marked as such.

Evromisto by SAVO
The whole Evromisto district from the air: finished and occupied blocks, with construction still running on the right.

Villajoyosa Residence
3D visualisation of the planned Costa Blanca residence; the building is not standing — this is how the design places it above the bay.

Three directions with one owner behind all of them: the housing itself, the commercial and service premises inside the same district, and the development cycle that turns a plot of land into a place where people actually live.
SAVO builds comfort- and premium-class apartment buildings, and whole residential districts, in Spain, Lithuania and Ukraine.
Shops, a dental clinic, a sports club, a restaurant, a café, security and a service company — the non-residential half of a district, built and then run by the group.
Land plot, concept, design, construction, sales, commissioning — and then the running and extension of the territory, all inside one company.
An investment and development group that builds residential districts and then keeps them running. European contracts are signed by UAB Savo investicija, company code 304499183, VAT LT100011304015, registered at Gerosios Vilties g. 27-131 in Vilnius. The group has been on the market since 2006.
Three. In Spain, the complex in Villajoyosa on the Costa Blanca is at design stage. In Lithuania, the Lucky Homes buildings stand on Gerosios Vilties street in Vilnius. In Ukraine, the Evromisto district in the Kyiv region is finished and lived in.
Not yet. What exists today is the design: the visualisations of the building by the sea and the master plan with the pool, the padel court and the walking paths. We will publish a start date when there is one to publish, and not before.
No. The ground floors carry shops, cafés, a pharmacy and a notary, and the group itself runs a dental clinic, a sports club, a restaurant and a security service. A district counts as finished when those are open, not when the last flat is plastered.
Write to [email protected] and name the country you are asking about. Questions about an apartment, about commercial premises and about working with us as a partner go to different people, and the country decides which.
A developer who buys the land, draws the project, builds it, sells it and then runs the territory has nobody to pass a problem to. That is the practical meaning of the three figures below: the same company answers for the plot and, years later, for the pump in the fountain in the courtyard.
Before anything is drawn we establish what the site allows: its size and shape, the roads and utilities around it, what the local plan permits and who lives next door. A plot that cannot carry a courtyard of the size we build is not bought.
The flats, the courtyard and the commercial premises are designed together. Shops and a clinic need separate entrances, deliveries, ventilation and sound insulation, and all of that has to be in the drawings before the first concrete, not improvised afterwards.
We build with our own site management, and the buyer sees the progress on the building they are buying into. In Ukraine the emphasis has always been finished housing: people buy keys they can hold rather than a drawing.
Handover is not the end of the job. The courtyard, the lighting, the security, the service company and the commercial tenants stay with the group, which is why the same name is still answerable for the district years after the last flat is sold.
The next stage is at design stage too. Everything here is a visualisation of the project, not a photograph of a finished building.

By its code. UAB Savo investicija has company code 304499183 and VAT number LT100011304015 in the Lithuanian Register of Legal Entities; both can be looked up without asking us. For a specific apartment, the registry extract names the owner and any charges on it.
English works for every market. Lithuanian, Spanish and Ukrainian are spoken on the respective projects. Write in whichever of them you prefer and say which country the question is about.
The group keeps them. The dental clinic, the sports club, the restaurant, the café, the security service and the service company belong to the same owner as the buildings, which is why they open with the district instead of standing empty for years.
Yes, and most of the questions we get about Spain and Lithuania come from abroad. What differs is the paperwork rather than the price: a tax number, a notary, a registry entry, and in Spain a NIE before anything can be signed.
The handover inspection records what still has to be put right, and the developer stays liable for construction defects afterwards. The courtyard, the lighting and the common areas pass to the service company, which is part of the group.
On the market pages of this site, each with what is actually there: a finished district in the Kyiv region, built and occupied buildings in Vilnius, and the design of the Spanish complex in Villajoyosa.
Two or three sentences are enough: the country, whether it concerns an apartment, commercial premises or a partnership, and how to reach you. The answer comes from the person who handles that market rather than from a sales desk.
